Interview with Alexander the Great

Q: Who was your father?
A: Phillip II, and he conqured Greece.


Q: What were some of your biggest feats?
A: In 336 B.C.E I conquered areas inculding Egypt and into India. This was the first time West spread it's culture, which was huge.


Q: What happened because of your conquests?
A: Cultures combined. Local areas absorbed Greek ideas, and Greek settlers adopted local customs. This created a Hellenistic civilaziation that would flourish for several centuries.


Q: What did you do with this Hellensitic Civilization?
A: I encouraged a blending of eastern and western cultures after I married a persian women and urged soldiers to follow my example. This influemced many people to mix cultures, which would make West more powerful.


Q: What did Hellenistic Civilization lead to?

A: It led to women's education, opening of jobs, and gave Greece power!
